Marc (and Keagan) LeBlanc

I live in Shediac, New Brunswick but I'm originally from rural Nova Scotia. Chester Road to be exact. That's the sticks. Hunting and fishing in the back country with two channels on the TV...if the tin foil on the antenna worked right.

Growing up on "Red Green" was standard, watching religiously and sometimes mimicking the antics on the show. In our eyes, Possum Lodge Members were just like us and at the time "The Red Green Show" was the only show that catered to kids who fixed their own stuff, rode on bicycles without helmets, fished at night and used duct tape for most everything...good or bad. Not much has changed in adulthood either.

"The Red Green Show" has something we can all relate too but yet something you just can't put your finger on. It just is. It's entertaining and that's the point.

My son who is 7 years old, watches episodes of the show with me now..."Daddy, can we watch those Canadian funny guys?" ...as I tell him, "If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy...and if they've never heard of Possum Lodge, run the other way!"

Thanks Steve and all the cast and crew. Your work lives on and is passed on!
