Advertising and analytics. We work with advertising and analytics partners who use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure the performance of our marketing and to show you relevant ads on other platforms. This may involve sharing identifiers such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, or a hashed version of your email address with those partners.
Under certain state privacy laws, this activity may be considered "sharing" or "selling" of personal information, even though we receive no money for it. You can opt out at any time — see Your Privacy Rights below.
Email preferences. To change what marketing email you receive, update your preferences in the My Account section or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Because of production schedules, you may still receive messages already queued.
Account information. You can view and update your addresses and contact details at any time in My Account.
Deletion and other requests. To request deletion of your personal information, a copy of the information we hold, or correction of inaccurate information, contact us at contact@redgreen.com. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We may retain records of completed transactions where we are required to do so for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal purposes, even after a deletion request.
In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third-party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
The Application and Third-Party Sites
Arriving from the app. You may reach this site from a link or QR code inside the Red Green TV application. When you do, you leave the application and this privacy policy governs your activity here. The application itself is operated by Spacemob, LLC under its own privacy policy at spacemob.com/privacy-policy , which covers viewing history, device identifiers, advertising, and other data collected inside the app. We do not control that collection.
If you purchase a membership through our store, your membership includes access to additional content inside the Red Green TV mobile and TV application. The application is owned and operated by Spacemob, LLC, which is the separate distribution company from us.
What we share. To make that access work, we share your email address and your membership status with the technology provider that operates the application's content access system. This provider uses that information for one purpose: to confirm that the email address you use in the app matches an active membership on our store, and to unlock the additional content if it does.
How we limit it. The provider acts as our service provider and is contractually prohibited from using your information for its own purposes, including its own marketing.
What happens when a membership ends. If your membership is cancelled or lapses, your membership status is updated and the additional in-app content is no longer available to you.
Viewing Activity We do not receive your viewing activity. It is governed by Spacemob, LLC's privacy policy, available at spacemob.com/privacy-policy.
Where to direct requests. If you want your membership information deleted from our systems, contact us using the methods under Your Privacy Rights. If you want information held by the application deleted, contact us at contact@redgreen.com and we will help direct your request to the right place.

These providers may access your information only as needed to perform their services for us, and are contractually required to protect it and prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide products and services to you. After that, we retain transaction records for the period required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations. Marketing preferences and suppression lists are kept indefinitely so that we can honor opt-out requests. Where information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at contact@redgreen.com and we will delete it.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.
