Ranger Gord has been looking over the forest on our behalf up in the Hinterland since season 1 of The Red Green Show.
The character of Ranger Gord was played by the amazing Peter Keleghan. Ranger Gord has been through a lot while sitting up in the watch tower. He's an emotional guy who sometimes leaves Red Green and others feeling a little unsure.
Ranger Gord was the first of the Red Green show to try his hand at animation.
In season 9, he creates a series of educational safety cartoons where he provides wilderness safety tips. Check out this clip from Season 13 Episode 10: Possum Day. You can watch the full episode on YouTube here.
Ranger Gord will also be appearing in the NEW animated series: Red Green More Animated coming this fall. We are looking forward to seeing more of him.
