Order Processing and Shipping

• Order Processing: We process orders within 1 business day after receipt. Orders after 11:00 am CT may be processed on the next business day.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

• We're working on expanding our shipping reach to additional countries.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
• For international orders, total landed costs (including duties and taxes) are clearly shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

• You can track your order status by logging into your account and going to "Order History."
• Click on the specific order to view tracking details (may take up to 48 hours to appear).
• If your order is shipped, you'll find a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
