- Happy April to all. They say April showers bring May flowers, but I suggest showering more often than that.
- Check out our Member of the Month for April, Bo Cephus. You will notice Bo isn't wearing a shirt in his picture so thanks to our web team for knowing how to crop an image.
- Our new book on Canadian inventions is almost finished. The writing is done and now they just gotta get the artwork together. I have seen the front, and it looks pretty good. I guess you really can't judge a book by its cover.
- Last week I got my US Visa renewed for another three years. Let's hope I last that long.
- Big Ted's local hardware store is having a sale on the first of the month. They are calling it "April Tool's Day." I might try to bring Harold to see if they have a tool swap policy.
- I'm going to be doing a charity thing in Port Dover Ontario on April 29th. for our friend Jim Jackson. He's an artist and woodworker who made all kinds of things for our tv show.
- I plan to start setting up my podcast in a section of the lodge. More about that at the next meeting.

- April is boat launching month at Brackston's Marina on Possum Lake. May is submarine month using many of the same boats.
