- The local Possum Lake mall is announcing a job opening for a new Santa Claus. Apparently Moose Thomson didn't lose enough weight to fit into the suit this year.
- Buster Hadfield wants everyone to know that his reindeer petting and feeding station has been temporarily closed. Apparently customers were complaining that the reindeer were Buster's dogs with antlers attached. Buster says it was the fire hydrant that tipped everybody off.
- The local Possum Lake Dad's Club would like their children to know that Santa has informed them that he is off milk this year so please leave out a single malt whiskey instead.
