- Harold tells me the Roman God Janus, for whom January is named after, had two faces. One was to look back at the year that was, and the other was to look ahead at the year to come. I'm all for taking some time to reminisce and to dream about what could be, but this Janus sure sounds like a politician to me

- Moose Thomson would like to announce his New Years Resolution for 2016 is to lose 20 pounds. The good news for Moose is he is scheduled to have a wart removed next week that should cover his goal and then some

- Mrs. Davison has thankfully dropped all charges pertaining to the Lodge New Years bash last night. Apparently she thought we had caught some of her cats and were torturing them around midnight last night, which of course was untrue. Stinky Peterson has also promised to take some more accordion lessons before performing Auld Lang Syne next year.
