- To our fellow Canadians here's a reminder that the Victoria Day long weekend is coming up later in the month. For any of you collecting pogey, you should get time and a half for being unemployed on a statutory holiday.
- Make sure to check out our Member of the Month Rick Dashnau. Apparently Rick has been watching the show over at twitch.tv/redgreenjrtv as well. That's what I call commitment.
- Mother's Day is approaching so when you get your one phone call, use it on her.
- It's Spring up here at the Lodge. Possum Lake is basically standing water so the mosquitoes are bad. But only until Moose Thompson goes skinny dipping. They're not hungry after that.
- A Canadian board game called Steampunk Rally is adding a card about me as a giveaway or penalty or something. I'd tell you to watch for it but I have no idea where to look.
- Dalton Humphrey would like to remind anyone doing a little "spring cleaning" that his Everything Store is accepting bags and boxes of your unwanted, unused junk in lieu of taking it to the dump. Please drop all your crap off prior to his Antiques and Collectibles Sale.
- I'm announcing my 2019 Tour called 'This Could Be It'. I'll do the US in the Spring and Canada in the Fall. Will have more info next meeting.
- Audio books are coming along. Beginner's Guide is done. How To Do Everything and Duct Tape Is Not Enough are next. All three will be released this Fall.
- Congrats to the Toronto Raptors for their successful season and winning the first round of playoffs. Basketball is a Canadian invention (just check my book) so it seems fitting that our team is doing well. As for hockey, go Winnipeg.
