I'm Sue Roskos, entrepreneur, polished redneck with non-stop go power and grit with a sweet soft side who is blessed with a lot of creativity. My husband Doc Tom is a large animal vet and we have worked side by side over the yrs caring for cattle, sheep and goats. We have since started Trap Shack Company, which is a trapping supply business with internet base. We promote harvesting animals with an eye towards managing nuisance animals or for a chance to enjoy nature. We also have Flowing River Farm, which comprises my husband's home farm, my brother's farm and regions of my home farm. We have converted all the land to certified organic crop production of hay and grains. Our youngest son Hawken is our latest person to recruit on the non-stop scientific journey that the Red Green show promotes. Hawken's heart song is designing anything that can be used that involves chemical reaction, duct tape and the general wizardry that borders "great ideas that go bad." When he was 5 , he designed a catapult in our sheep barn with boards and let's just say he went to kindergarten graduation with a black eye and a tale of leverage and gravity. We utilize duct tape for any seemingly challenging situation and when we remember to share our colored duct tape instead of hoarding it, that really..we are all one tribe..although it might be a polished redneck tinkering with remembering we're handy and handsome or cute. JOY filled days and miles of smiles!
So, my husband kept me rolling cutting hay by jimmyrigging up my haybine, while it had a sensor PTO malfunction and I was pulling a 20 hr work day to get first crop in and had our son Hawken along-so husband decided a large quantity of duct tape around the adjustments, would silence the ear piercing noise-since our son was encouraging me to drive with my hands over my ears like him- Bless u all and if u ever need real sweet, honest redneck material, well we proudly provide that easily!
