Member of the Month September 2014

August 31, 2014
Jim Jackson
Jim is a talented artist from Simcoe Ontario who has been a great friend to our show since it began in 1990. He's been a Lodge Member from the beginning and has been supporting the Lodge with his talents ever since. He recently had his first solo art show, featuring 23 original air-brushed paintings, at the Old Town Hall in Waterford Ontario. If any of you come and see me on tour, you will notice one of Jim's carvings hanging on the podium. It was originally in the show and was the only piece I took home from the Lodge when we stopped production in November of 2005. Below is just a sample of what Jim has done for us over the years. Thank you Jim. We're proud to have you as Member of the Month and wish you and your family all the best.

Jim made all the plaques when we did our PBS Beg-A-Thons.

Jim presented us with this award after our 10th year. Maybe he thought that would be the end of it. That was 14 years ago. Happy trails my friend.
