My name is Jenn, and my husband and I own and operate a farm in Norton Shores, MI where we raise Clydesdales, various types of poultry, keep bees and grow vegetables.
Working with these large horses is a lot of fun, although they tend to break your bones, and your bank account, on a regular basis. Running a small farm like ours requires a high degree of ingenuity, which is where our love for the Red Green Show comes from. We can relate to many of the problems Red discusses. And some of his fixes? Well, we can relate to those as well. My favorite idea is the butcher paper sled, I intend on building one just like it later this year. We also love the possum lodge word game and Ranger Gord. Red’s creativity in using an extraordinary approach to fix ordinary problems is every farmer’s dream!
