When i was a kid, the old guys all wore this type of hat, at deer camp.
Now, I’m one of the ‘Old Guys”. Glad I found it. Nowhere else to be found.
The hat is comfortable and classic looking for outdoor puttering and indoor binging of Red Green shows. I have just gotten to the age where my face fits the hat.
I love the hat and wear it a lot. I use a hat liner in the front to absorb sweat and that funky sweaty head odor. I couldn’t get the brim to stay up like Red’s does, even with some judicious ironing, so I got some olive thread and put a couple of stitches in from the brim to the crown et viola, perfection.
Love the cap. Now on tour in Zion National Park. Then off to Las Vegas.
